The easy-to-clean engine oil is kerosene first, then gasoline, and the hard-to-clean engine oil is first washed with hot engine oil at 100-200℃ or sprayed with an oil gun, and then washed with gasoline.
The motor should be cleaned and refueled after 2000 hours of operation. This is what everyone knows.

The hot oil cleaning method due to long-term use, the soft, dry or stainless steel, paste-hardened motor suspension should be immersed in the hot oil at 100-200°C, clamp the motor suspension with pliers, and use The brush suspends the motor to brush the oil. When heated to 100-200°C, the soft dry oil or stainless steel paste will melt and it will easily rush out from the gap of the motor bearing. Sometimes it is only necessary to shake the motor bearing several times in the oil. Oil also flows out from the gap.
When cleaning the concentric joint motor bearings, the balls, bead and inner ring should be unscrewed from the outer ring, and then immersed in hot oil. The rollers, the bead frame, the inner ring and the outer ring are loose.
When cleaning with hot oil, the oil temperature should not exceed 20°C. When heating directly with an open flame, make sure that the oil does not burn. The base of the Sima motor should be suspended in the oil pan, the bottom will overheat and reduce the hardness.
2. General cleaning method: immerse the motor bearing in kerosene for 5-10 minutes. Hold the inner ring with one hand and turn the outer ring with the other hand. Dry oil or stainless steel paste on the motor bearings will fall off. Then put the motor bearing in clean kerosene, scrub with a soft brush, clean the oil spots in the balls and the gap, clean it again with gasoline, take it out and place it on a clean paper. When cleaning radial ball bearings and short cylindrical roller motor bearings, the balls, bead frame, inner ring and outer ring should be cleaned separately.
