2. Excessive oil shortage is found during the inspection, and the reason should be analyzed. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication point should be strengthened. It is recommended to add grease to the lubrication point every week during the running-in period (except for special requirements).
3. To keep the motor clean, adjust and tighten loose parts in time to prevent aggravated wear of the parts or loss of parts due to the loosening of the reducer.
4. At the end of the running-in period, the motor should be maintained compulsorily, inspection and adjustment should be done, and attention should be paid to the replacement of the oil.
When we use the DC geared motor during the running-in period, if the operation is improper, it will bring certain hidden dangers to the subsequent work.
