The development direction of gear motors

Most of the domestic manufacturers of geared motor products are small and medium-sized enterprises or even micro-enterprises. The appearance is modeled on foreign products, the installation dimensions are the same as those of foreign products, the internal structure parameters are designed by ourselves, and the performance of the whole machine is uneven. Due to the technical standards of multinational companies and their own systems, the product designs imitated are varied. This requires many domestic geared motor manufacturers to improve their core competitiveness and implement product modular design. The following suggestions are put forward for the modular design of geared motor products:

(1) Persist in the implementation of technical standards that are synchronized with international standards. Due to the practice of imitating design over the years, domestic designers have basically formed technical standards established by conventions. For example, the box body uses high-strength casting modular design, CNC machining center boring; high-quality alloy steel forgings are used for gears, after gear cutting, carburizing, quenching and grinding, the accuracy reaches ISO 1328 level 6 (cylindrical gear) or AGMA390.03 10 Grade (bevel gear); The output shaft is made of high-quality alloy steel forgings, quenched and tempered and ground after turning; Rolling bearings are selected from high-quality brands; Fasteners are selected from high-strength grades; Motors are high-quality and high-efficiency motors that meet IEC standards.

(2) Optimize the modular design of the company's products. Most of the reducer's original design department is equipped with experienced design and technical personnel, and has accumulated a large number of geared motor product drawings. In order to carry out modular design, it is necessary to make a comprehensive arrangement, modification and optimization. For example, the center distance between the bearing holes of the box body is standardized, and a series close to the priority number (R5, R10, R20, R40, etc.) needs to be formed, and the center is minimized. The number of specifications of the distance; various gears should be combined into a unified drawing as far as possible; the interface between the reducer module and the motor module should be standardized, and the interface parameters should be standardized to form a sequence according to the standard common ratio or mixed common ratio.
