1. Obtain an obvious intersection with the no-load characteristic curve, so that the DC geared motor will have a stable operating point at a lower voltage.

2. Padded benign magnetic materials under the pole shoes to reduce the gap of the excitation magnetic field, so that the output characteristics can be saturated when the excitation current is small, so that its output voltage can be stabilized.

3. The automatic excitation adjustment device of the generator is adopted, because it has good excitation characteristics and has multiple adjustment methods such as constant reactive power and constant power factor, which is very effective in improving the stability of the system and the ability of transient response.
