The working principle of DC reduction motor is based on the supply of DC power and the principle of electromagnetic induction. It consists of two parts: DC motor and reduction mechanism.

The DC motor generates torque and motion through the interaction of current between the armature and the armature magnetic field. When current passes through the armature, the armature generates a magnetic field, and the armature magnetic field interacts with the magnetic field between the permanent magnet or electromagnet to generate a torque, causing the motor to rotate. The rotation speed of the armature is related to the magnitude and direction of the current.

The speed reduction mechanism is a device used to reduce the output speed of the motor and increase the output torque. It is usually composed of gears, belts, chains, etc., and achieves speed reduction by transmitting the torque and speed of the motor. The design of the speed reduction mechanism can select different reduction ratios as needed to adapt to different application scenarios.
