When the DC brushless geared motor performs current limitation, the motor is connected to an inverter bridge and grounded through the resistance Rs as a current sampling. The sampling voltage is input to the current detection comparator, and the inverting input terminal of the comparator is set to a reference voltage of 100mV, which is used as Current limit reference.

When the oscillator sawtooth wave rises, if the current is too large, the comparator will flip and reset the lower Rs flip-flop to turn off the drive output to limit the current increase; when the sawtooth wave falls, the flip-flop will be reset, and Turn on the drive output.

When using a DC brushless geared motor, it is necessary to understand the current limit of the motor in detail, so as to bring great help to our work and enable our work to be carried out safely and efficiently.
