Its stator windings are usually made into a three-phase symmetrical star connection method, which is very similar to a three-phase asynchronous motor. The number of slots should meet the following requirements.

1. The more stator slots of the brushless DC motor, the better the magnetomotive force of the motor, and the smaller the leakage reactance of the motor. This will increase the torque and starting torque of the motor, thereby improving the efficiency and power of the motor. . The number of slots in the motor stator increases, and the windings are scattered. The heat dissipation area of the winding in contact with the iron core will increase, which is conducive to the heat dissipation of the motor.

2. The fewer slots of the brushless DC motor, the better. Since the energy of the motor is constant, the number of slots should also be specified. If the number of slots is too large, it will lead to slot insulation and working time. The increase in the number of slots reduces the slot utilization, which is not conducive to the manufacture and use of molds.

The brushless DC motor can run at low speed and high power, which can save the time for the reducer to directly drive a large load. Since the motor has no brushes, there is no related interface, so it is cleaner, less noisy, almost maintenance-free and has a long service life.
