2. The manufacturer generally has a manual to specify the oil quantity of the worm speed motor, and the oil quantity is added to the 2/3 position of the oil window.
3. This data is in the shutdown state, do not add lubricating oil when the worm gear motor is running. Because during the operation of the geared motor, the internal gears or the worm gear drive the internal lubricating oil to run together. If the oil level of the worm gear DC geared motor is judged in this case, it may be full or low. At 2/3 of the oil window, there may even be no lubricating oil left.
4. When the new DC gear motor is in use, it needs to be replaced with new oil after 300 hours of continuous operation, and the oil needs to be changed every 2500 hours thereafter, but the quality of the oil should be checked regularly during use. Aging and deterioration should be replaced at any time.
5. The gear oil of the fixed brand and number should be used for the DC gear motor, and different brands, numbers or types of oils should not be mixed. During the oil change, the inside of the reducer should be cleaned first, and then new oil should be injected.
