When the brushless DC motor is draining oil from the outside, pay attention to the height of the cast-in-situ plate of the oil tank between the liquid level and cannot exceed 30mm to ensure the lubrication and cooling of the rolling bearings of the fuselage. When the capacity of the working cavity of the hydraulic jack is too large, the external fuel tank is provided to ensure that the liquid level after the oil drained from the DC brushless motor is not less than 100 mm to prevent air suction.

After 500 hours of operation of the DC brushless motor, the oil should be changed and the oil tank and oil filter should be cleaned. Detect the oil according to the estimation and inspection methods, and change the oil immediately when the oil deteriorates. Also pay attention to clean the oil tank and oil filter when changing the oil. If there are metal chips or water in the oil, find the cause immediately and troubleshoot.
